Your policy documents, wording and certificate are emailed to you from Loxa after purchase, and are also held in your Loxa customer portal at app.loxacover.com/login, so they can be accessed at any time. Cover starts from the date shown on your certificate. Check your spam folder if the confirmation email has not arrived.
Start your claim at loxacover.com/start-a-claim, or use the link in your confirmation email, and the online form guides you step by step. Keep your purchase receipt to hand, and tell us within 30 days of the incident.
Your item is repaired or replaced where possible. Where neither is possible, an approved claim is settled as store credit or a monetary payment, in line with your policy terms.
