Free Returns

With great quality products at amazing prices we are sure you will love your items. However, if you wish to return any items please see the information below on how to do this.

If for whatever reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection of this and a replacement will be sent out free of charge. Alternatively if you wish to receive a full refund and a return of the items, we can also arrange this for you.

Please Note: Unfortunately our free returns policy does not apply to our sofas, armchairs, upholstered beds and mattress ranges. For these items a return charge will be applicable so please check with the team beforehand.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

YOUR ITEM(S) NEED(S) TO BE:

  • Unused and with all original components (you are able to assemble and disassemble the product to check if you like it)
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resellable condition
  • We can arrange for a free courier collection for you. Please note that for sofas, upholstered beds and mattresses, there is a collection fee if you change your mind.

    Refunds will be processed by the original payment method upon receipt of the item/s back in our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process and appear back on your statement.

    PRODUCT SUPPORT

    In most cases, issues with an item can be resolved with you. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us on sales @ furniturebox.co.uk and we will help you solve the issue.

    MY ITEM IS FAULTY

    If you still need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging so we can collect the items if needed.

    MY ITEM IS INCORRECT

    If you need to return an incorrect item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging so we can collect the items if needed, we’d be very grateful for photographs to show the issue as well.

    THINGS TO NOTE:

  • If we are collecting your item, it will be inspected prior to being refunded. Please note that if the item has been inspected and is not returned as described we reserve the right to reject the refund or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
  • At our discretion, we may accept goods returned to us unwanted outside of the 14 days, but within no more than 30 days from the day you received your order. The items would be subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • We cannot accept returns for a full refund after 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to damaged or defective products. Please note returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging for the items.

    HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

    In most cases, refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt of the order back into our warehouse.

    CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT?

    Yes, you have 14 days to notify us and start the return process with us.

    DO I NEED TO SUPPLY PHOTOGRAPHS OF ANY PRODUCT ISSUES?

    Yes please, we will ask for these so we can see the issue and help you as quickly as we can.
