FAQ

Product reviews are an important factor for many people when looking to make a purchase whilst feedback also helps steer which products we sell in the future.

This is why we have decided to set up the Furniturebox product testers club! We want to hear your feedback! When we launch new products, we will send you an email to tell you more about it and give you the option to opt-in for the chance to be a product tester for that item. If selected, you will receive the product free of charge. All we ask for in return is an honest review of the product, which will be shown on our website and potentially on our social media channels and/or in our marketing emails.

Please note that we launch products throughout the year and depending on your preferences, there may be gaps between being offered to take part. If you don’t hear anything for a while it doesn’t mean we won’t get in touch later. Due to the high level of interest in reviewing our products, signing up does not guarantee you will be selected to take part.

It's simple! Simply fill in the above form and when a testing campaign is available we'll send you an opt-in email asking if you would like to be considered for the campaign. If you are selected the product will be sent to you. To be considered please make sure:

- Your address is in the UK Mainland
- You are over 18 years old
- You agree to fill in a product survey
- You agree to leave us a product review

We will select product tester members who opted-in to that campaign from random to be involved. You will be contacted by email if you have been selected. We will provide details regarding delivery and next steps.

Once you have received your product we want you to assemble and use your product as if you have purchased it.

You will then be asked to fill in a short survey about the product, followed by a product review. It is important you fill in both the survey and product review.

Feedback and review complete? The product is all yours! Free of charge too!

Whilst being on the list to receive a product to test is one of the main benefits of joining the club, there are other perks too! Including:

Please note this club is for UK Mainland residents only and we can only ship to UK Mainland. All other areas are excluded for now. You must also be 18+.

Product reviews are an important factor for many people when making a purchase. What is essential is that our reviews are credible and honest. This is something we would like you to provide in your reviews.

Please feel free to mention in your review that you got your product in collaboration with us as part of our product tester club.

Whilst we hope you love the product and find no faults, if you do feel the need to leave a negative rating, this is ok. It has no influence on whether you are allowed to keep the product or whether you are selected for future campaigns.

We love content! Please attach photos and any videos you take to the review. The more images the better!

We will only have a limited number of products to test per campaign. As you can imagine, not everyone can be selected to test a product. You will still receive all of the other benefits mentioned in being a part of our club, for as long as you decide to stay signed up. Finger's crossed you will be selected for one of our campaigns!

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Furniturebox Product Testers Club ("the Club"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before entering any product draw.

1. Eligibility:
Membership in the Club is open to users of Furniturebox who reside in the United Kingdom and are at least 18 years old.

2. Membership:
To join the Club, users must provide their name, email address, and select the product categories for which they wish to receive updates (e.g. living room, garden furniture). Furniturebox reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership to anyone for any time.

3. Product Draws:
Furniturebox will periodically conduct product draws among Club members. Draw notifications will be sent via email to eligible Club members. Each email will contain a link to enter the draw for the specified product. By entering the draw, you agree to participate in the possibility of receiving the selected product free of charge. Winning is subject to random selection.

4. Winners:
If you win a product in a draw, you will be notified via email. Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United Kingdom Mainland to receive their prize. By accepting a product, you agree to provide a review and complete a feedback form for the product received.

5. Product Reviews:
Upon receiving the product, winners are required to provide an honest review of the product via Yotpo. The review will be sent via email. Winners will also be asked to fill out a feedback form prior to the review to help us improve our products. Reviews and feedback should be genuine and reflect your actual experience with the product.

6. Privacy:
Personal information provided during membership and in connection with the draws will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modification and Termination:
Furniturebox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Product Testers Club at any time without notice. Furniturebox reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on the Furniturebox website. If a member would like to opt-out, you can do so by unsubscribing to the product tester emails or by emailing us at marketing@furniturebox.co.uk

8. Disqualification:
Furniturebox reserves the right to disqualify members or withdraw any product offer if there is any evidence of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or violation of these terms and conditions.

By entering the Club and participating in draws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
