Third Parties

CLEARABEE

We use a 3rd party collection company called Clearabee to collect assembled products at our discretion. We will always check in with you first to make sure you are happy for the team to book the collection on your behalf.

Clearabee collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by Clearabee is used solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries, billing and registration. Clearabee does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software.

Clearabee does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Clearabee may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.

HOTJAR

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.

GORGIAS

We use third party systems Gorgias and Zendesk which manage all customer messages and emails. These systems are used to receive and send emails and messages from / to customers.

REVIEW REQUEST EMAILS

We value customer feedback and use this to tell other customers about what we’re doing well. After placing an order with us we may send the following review request emails:

  • Product Review: Yotpo will email you on our behalf requesting your feedback on the product(s) you purchased. We share your name, email address, order ID and the product(s) you ordered with Yotpo to facilitate this.
  • Service Review: Trustpilot will email you on our behalf requesting your feedback on our service. We share your name, email address and order ID to facilitate this.
  • Customer Satisfaction: We may contact you after making contact with us or after placing an order to ask you to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey via a 3rd party NPS software provider called Retently.

INTEREST BASED ADVERTISING

COURIERS

To deliver your goods we share your full name, delivery address and contact data to our courier so they can deliver your items and contact you with updates.
