Just in case you need it, here's a copy of the Malmo round assembly instruction guides (these are identical for the Malmo round side and coffee tables):
The Malmo has both glass and wood elements. We recommend you avoid placing hot objects or very cold objects directly onto its surface and use coasters / place mats as an extra layer in between. We advise you keep sharp objects away from your table to avoid any scratches or marks.
For the glass surface, we recommend simply cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and water or water-based cleaning products, and not using any kind of abrasive cleaning products or harsh chemicals, including bleach. Avoid using liquids of any kind on the chrome elements; if you do spill liquids on the chrome, gently remove with a clean dry cloth.
For the wooden legs, we recommend simply cleaning with a soft, damp cloth (make sure the cloth is wrung out first). Again, avoid using any kind of abrasive cleaning products or harsh chemicals, including bleach. Liquids can cause water stains and damage to wooden furniture, so if you do spill liquids, gently remove with a clean dry cloth.
Oh no! We know how frustrating this can be! We do try our hardest to make sure everything leaves our warehouse and arrives with you as expected.
To make absolutely sure the part in question is definitely missing, please refer to the list of parts in the assembly guide, or the assembly video shown above to see a breakdown of everything you should have.
Double check all your boxes to make sure the missing part isn’t tucked into a fold in the cardboard anywhere. If the part is definitely missing, get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team by emailing sales@furniturebox.co.uk who will do everything they can to help you.

If something has arrived damaged, please let us know within the first 7 days of its arrival so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible. It would also be great if you are able to take photos of the issue to email us (steady, clear images are best so we can see what to do!)
If you would like to return an item then please email our Customer Service team on sales@furniturebox.co.uk. When emailing, please provide your name, order number and the reason for return. We will then be able to assist you and make arrangements for returning the item.
