If you have a water resistant cover, it is designed to be placed over the set in this configuration pictured here.
This cover is water resitant but not designed as a completely watertight solution. The rattan frame is designed to be left outside all year round but your cushions should be stored somewhere dry. This cover is ideal for popping over your set during summer use but during wet or damp weather please don't leave your cushions out.
During windy weather it may help to add some weight around the trim of the cover and tuck it in tightly next to the furniture. Avoid allowing large amounts of rain water to pool on top of the cover, ensure that water has an easy path to run off the cover.
PE resin rattan is a great material for outdoor furniture due to its durability and resistance to all types of weather. It requires minimal upkeep, needing just a wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water every now and then to get rid of any dust and dirt that's built up. The rattan frame can be left outside all year round.
The cushions must be stored somewhere dry during wet weather and should not be left outside during damp or wet weather. If your cushions do become soaked through from being left out in the rain then place them in direct sunlight or in front of the radiator to dry thoroughly before storing them. Do not store your cushions if they are damp, ensure they are fully dry first.

Double check all your boxes to make sure the missing part isn’t tucked into a fold in the cardboard anywhere. If the part is definitely missing, get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team by emailing sales@furniturebox.co.uk who will do everything they can to help you.
