Top Tips For Assembling Your Ellwood Office Chair

Do not use any power tools for assembly. We have provided everything you need to put this piece together.
You will find the assembly process much easier with an extra pair of hands. One person to put the furniture pieces into place and stabilise them whilst the other puts the screws into place.
With assembling any kind of furniture we always advise that you do not fully tighten the screws until they are all in place.

Care & Cleaning Advice

The Ellwood office chair comprised of metal, foam padding and mesh elements.

For the foam elements, we reccommend that you vaccum the fabric with a fabric attachment once a week, or use a fabric brush (be careful to always brish in the direction of the fabric's 'nap'). Pressure marks can be be easily removed by steaming lightly. Avoid getting any liquids on your foam padded seat - if any spillages occur, blot liquid away with a clean dry cloth (don't rub).

For the mesh element, this can be vaccumed or dusted with a clean dry cloth. For the meta legs, be careful to minimise handling with bare or dirty hands. We recomend removing the protective film when assembly is complete.

Oh no! We know how frustrating this can be! We do try our hardest to make sure everything leaves our warehouse and arrives with you as expected.

To make absolutely sure the part in question is definitely missing, please refer to the list of parts in the assembly guide, or the assembly video shown above to see a breakdown of everything you should have.

Double check all your boxes to make sure the missing part isn’t tucked into a fold in the cardboard anywhere. If the part is definitely missing, get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team by emailing sales@furniturebox.co.uk who will do everything they can to help you.

Does My Item Have a Guarantee?

Something Has Arrived Damaged or Faulty

We’re really sorry to hear this! We do our utmost to ensure all out products arrive with our customers exactly as expected, including a rigorous quality testing process.

If something has arrived damaged, please let us know within the first 7 days of its arrival so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible. It would also be great if you are able to take photos of the issue to email us (steady, clear images are best so we can see what to do!)

How Do I Return My Item?

If you would like to return an item then please email our Customer Service team on sales@furniturebox.co.uk. When emailing, please provide your name, order number and the reason for return. We will then be able to assist you and make arrangements for returning the item.
